Cancellation & Refund Policy

More Than 14 Calendar Days Notice

If you advise us 14 calendar days or more before your course date, we can cancel your booking and provide a refund. Please be aware that you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee.

Less Than 14 Calendar Days Notice

If you wish to cancel less than 14 calendar days before the date of the course,100% of the course fee will be payable.

Failure To Attend

If you fail to attend a paid course there will be no refund.

Cancellation by Opportunity Learning Academy

In the unlikely event that Opportunity Learning Academy have to cancel a course, our admin team will give you as much notice as possible. Our admin team will then offer you either a full refund or the option to rebook your course with us on another date.
